Sharon Butler is a trusted consultant to many businesses and not-for-profit organisations. Many of her trusted clients have relied upon her services since 1997. She is an accomplished expert in process facilitation, strategic planning processes, professional coaching, and leadership development initiatives. Her passion is Family, School and Community Partnerships and she is frequently engaged to speak as an expert on these partnerships.

- Design of the Professional Coaching for Principals Program which provided individual, team and collegiate group coaching to more than 450 school principals over four years
- Design and co-facilitation a number of women’s leadership development programs since 2000.
- Design and delivery of customised leadership development programs across the state for education and corporate clients
- Facilitation of strategic planning processes for a number of not-for-profit organisations
